On Friday morning, Clash Royale players in North America woke up with a new encrypted message from their gaming customers on a map that is in preparation and will be released in the next patch.
"Like Ram Rider, this new legendary character will give Clash Royale a unique mechanism, and he will look for update information to be released in the coming weeks and prepare for the first season of Clash Royale ..."
Of course, the players raised their eyebrows as these three sentences spoke of the future of the SuperCell mobile baby. A new legendary card? A new mechanic with anchor? Clash Royale Season 1?
Although little is known so far, this has not stopped the Internet from suggesting theories about what might happen in the near future.
When the Ram Rider pilot was fired at Christmas last year, he introduced a new "snare" mechanism that took root in the first troop he set up for a few seconds. Incredibly powerful, it reduces overtime to drastically reduce the target's movement speed rather than blocking it.
When the Clash Royale team explains that this next legendary card has a new mechanism that resembles Ram Rider's snare and includes an anchor, some ideas come to mind.

Is it a marine force that can be played for the first time in the history of the game in the middle of the map on the river? Can this letter attack a force? Is it rooted in the ground with the anchor, is it still and has a long-range attack? Only SuperCells knows for sure. But the opportunity to have fun on the battlefield is definitely there and players will learn more in the coming weeks.
The Clash Royale team, hiding behind the eye-catching image of a new Legendary card, will refer to "Season 1" in the near future. For a title for sale in January 2016, it would seem a bit strange to add a seasonal structure for three years, unless you want to introduce a similar system to the Fortnite Battle Pass that some have theorized.
Fortnite, which is also a free game, allows players to purchase a Season Pass every few months, which hides exclusive rewards, cosmetics, and exploits behind a series of payments that can be purchased for a small fee. Perhaps SuperCell is not used to finding creative ways to monetize its users, for a way to keep Clash Royale fresh for veterans and attract new players with a feature of the season.

In April of this year, SuperCell completely redesigned the game progress system, helping players unlock the chests and cards. If Season 1 is comparable to other players, Clash Royale players can redistribute their cards faster than ever before and have more to do in the game.
