Jimit 'Jimit' Bhatt Clash Royale was sentenced to a twelve month ban for fraud by the Esports Integrity Coalition (ESIC).
According to a statement by ESIC , Bhatt was found guilty of "sharing accounts, increasing and earning Clash Royale's rank, awarding prizes, and qualifying for deception."
Bhatt's actions violated the ESIC Code of Conduct and the ESL India Premier League Anti-Corruption Code . It was discovered that Bhatt's account was used several times by multiple players during their participation in ESL India Premiership 2019 last month .
"As a Commissioner, I'm never happy to cope with such unfortunate cases , " said Ian Smith, Integrity Commissioner of ESIC.
"I know that in emerging sports economies there will be cases where the desire to monetize and use good gaming skills crosses ethical and regulatory boundaries, and I see this primarily as a problem of education.
"I hope that this case will serve as a lesson and deterrent to the kind of behavior that is common in the mobile gaming world, as it is increasingly taking its place in the sport."
"Based on the evidence presented by Supercell, the account has been registered in more than 10 countries with more than 30 different devices."

The virtual nature of electronic sports makes dirty playing a tedious task. However, the stringent ESIC rules help to bring the sector to a state of maturity and health.
The crime is the second deception of the year in ESL India Premiership when a member of OpTic India was caught in a LAN tournament in October .
Esports insider said: While this type of foul is annoying, we can find an advantage over heavy penalties as they clearly show why players need to maintain their competitive integrity.
